Custom manufactured made-to-print hot forged hex bolts, 12 point flange, and socket head cap screws are fabricated per print and referenced required specifications.

Hot heading is useful when manufacturing of small lots, large diameter sizes or when special materials are specified. Available materials include alloy steel, stainless steel, bronze, monel, Inconel(tm).

Sizes range from diameters of #10 through 3" or 5mm to 76mm Metric and forged in popular head styles; hex head, square head, hex flange head, 12 point flange, external spline flange, flat head socket cap, socket head cap, track and other custom designed bolts per print.
